Our Founder's Story

Charlotte’s passion for skincare began with her own struggle with acne as a teen. After trying many solutions, she finally found a beauty therapist who offered the care, education and treatment plan that transformed not just her skin, but her confidence. That experience sparked her desire to help others, leading her to study beauty therapy, graduate dux of her year, and forge a career in skincare.

In 2016, fuelled by vision and passion, Charlotte took ownership of Hawthorne Beauty Room, then just a couple of small rooms inside a hair salon. Within four years, she built a strong team of like-minded therapists and a loyal, growing community of clients.

She moved the business in 2020 to a beautiful new clinic at 250 Hawthorne Road and re launched as Hawthorne Skin and Beauty. Today, Charlotte and her dedicated team at Hawthorne Skin & Beauty proudly combine advanced skincare, education, and genuine connection and look forward to welcoming you.
