IPL may be suitable for clients experiencing:

IPL Pigment Removal may not be suitable if:
● You have very dark skin tones (IPL interacts differently with melanin)
● You have active inflammation or infection
● You are pregnant
● You have had recent sun exposure or self-tan
● You’re using certain medications or active ingredients

We understand your circumstances can change and you may need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. If this happens, please note the following:
• If you need to cancel/reschedule more than 24hrs from your appointment you will NOT incur any cancellation fee.
• If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, regrettably, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your booked treatment. If that appointment can be filled the fee may be waived.
• If you fail to show for your appointment, regrettably, you will incur a no-show fee equal to 100% of the cost of your treatment.
