● Understand that results depend on your skin’s starting point, scar/striae age, body zone, your lifestyle, and commitment to the plan.
● Are looking for a premium skin-health experience (aligned with our clients who
invest in themselves for longevity, not just quick fixes).
Not everyone is a candidate — factors like pregnancy, active infection, recent sun exposure, keloid-prone scarring or certain medications may contraindicatethe treatment.
● While generally safe, possible effects include temporary redness, mild crusting,pigment changes or prolonged redness especially in deeper settings —discussed in detail at consultation.
● Results vary widely between individuals. Scar type (hypertrophic vs atrophic),age of mark, body zone, skin type and lifestyle (smoking, sun exposure) allinfluence outcome. We set realistic expectations.

We understand your circumstances can change and you may need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. If this happens, please note the following:
• If you need to cancel/reschedule more than 24hrs from your appointment you will NOT incur any cancellation fee.
• If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, regrettably, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your booked treatment. If that appointment can be filled the fee may be waived.
• If you fail to show for your appointment, regrettably, you will incur a no-show fee equal to 100% of the cost of your treatment.
