• If you need to cancel/reschedule more than 24hrs from your appointment you will NOT incur any cancellation fee.
• If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, regrettably, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your booked treatment. If that appointment can be filled the fee may be waived.
