We begin with a personalised skin consultation. This allows us to understand your skin history, current concerns, and your lifestyle so we can recommend the most suitable approach.

Your skin will be assessed with both technology and a professional eye. We’ll look at hydration, barrier health, texture and other factors that influence your skin’s function.

Step 3: Personalised Plan

Based on your needs, we’ll map out a tailored treatment pathway. This may include advanced skin therapies, restorative facials, and supportive home care options — always explained clearly so you can make an informed choice.

Step 4: First Treatment

If you wish, your journey can begin straight away. Many of our new clients enjoy a treatment on the same day as their consultation, while others prefer to return once they’ve had time to consider their plan.

Step 5: Aftercare & Next Steps

We’ll walk you through what to expect afterwards, how to care for your skin at home, and when it may be beneficial to return for follow-up treatments.
